Official Rules

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Sema vs Tirz, the operator of https://www.semavstirz.com (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is solely responsible for running this Giveaway and for supplying the prize. Questions may be sent to hello@mail.semavstirz.com.

Bowflex, Withings and Visa are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or endorsers of this giveaway. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

The Giveaway begins on August 31, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. All times are Eastern Time (US). The Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for complying with any laws applicable where they live.

To enter, complete the giveaway entry form on https://www.semavstirz.com with a valid email address and affirmatively agree to these Official Rules. Entry is free and no purchase or payment of any kind is required. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted with an invalid email address will be disqualified.

The use of any automated system, script, bot, macro, or other means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.

Agreeing to these Official Rules is required to enter. Consent to receive promotional email is separate, entirely optional, and is not required to enter or to win.

One (1) prize will be awarded. The ARV is an estimate as of the start of the Entry Period; actual retail value may vary, and the winner is not entitled to the difference between the stated ARV and any lower actual value.

The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty of any kind from the Sponsor, express or implied, except where prohibited by law. The prize is not transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged by the winner. It may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

The prepaid gift card component is subject to the terms, conditions and expiration policies imposed by its issuer, and the equipment components are subject to their manufacturers’ applicable terms and warranties. The Sponsor does not control and is not responsible for those terms.

The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Once the prize has been delivered to the confirmed winner, the Sponsor is not responsible for a lost, stolen, damaged, or misused prize, except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.

All costs not expressly stated as included are the winner’s responsibility.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor on or about November 7, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to that notification within seven (7) days of the date it is sent.

If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor may repeat this process up to two (2) times, after which the prize may go unawarded.

The Sponsor may require the potential winner to verify their identity, age and eligibility, and to complete any documentation required by law before the prize is awarded.

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the value of the prize requires it, the Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the prize, and may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is delivered.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name and state of residence for the limited purpose of announcing the winner, without further compensation. The Sponsor will not publish a winner’s email address or full contact details. Residents of jurisdictions where such consent may not be conditioned on prize acceptance may decline without forfeiting the prize.

Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Sponsor and handled in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entry information is used to administer the Giveaway and to contact the winner. Promotional email is sent only to entrants who separately opt in, and any entrant may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not withdraw or invalidate an otherwise valid Giveaway entry.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such a release is not permitted by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, garbled or delayed entries; for technical, hardware, software, network or telecommunications failures; or for any error in the administration of the Giveaway that is beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If the Giveaway cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Giveaway — the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway, or to award the prize from among the eligible entries received before the impairment occurred. Any such change will be posted on this page.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and in the state or federal courts located in New York, except where such a requirement is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence where applicable law provides that right.
